We collect your name, email address, and phone number when you register. We also collect the PDF documents you upload for signing, your IP address for audit trail purposes, and payment-related information (UTR numbers) for plan activation.
Your information is used to provide the PTR Sign service, authenticate your identity for eSign, generate legally required audit trails, and send you notifications about documents you're involved in.
Your PDF documents are stored securely on Hostinger servers in encrypted format. Documents are retained for 2 years after your last activity, after which they are permanently deleted. You can delete your documents at any time from your dashboard.
We use Leegality for Aadhaar and DSC eSign infrastructure. Leegality processes your Aadhaar information solely for authentication as required by UIDAI regulations. We do not share your data with any other third parties.
