1. Acceptance of Terms

By using PTR Sign, you agree to these Terms of Service. PTR Sign is operated by PTR India (Oorja Technical Services Pvt. Ltd.).

2. Service Description

PTR Sign provides PDF editing, digital signature, and document sharing services. eSign services for Aadhaar and DSC are powered by Leegality and are legally binding under the IT Act 2000.

3. Serial Key Licensing

Paid plans are activated using one-time serial keys. Each key is valid for the period stated at purchase (typically 1 year). Keys are non-transferable and tied to the account that activates them.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use PTR Sign to sign forged documents, impersonate others, or engage in any fraudulent activity. Violation will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Uttar Pradesh, India.
